Who is next to set ties with Israel?

Muslim countries one by one setting their ties with Israel. This major shift in the Islamic bloc towards Israel is a new beginning of the US Middle East strategy to bridge between Muslims and the Jewish state.

It’s premature to predict the future implications of this new phase of relations between Israel and Muslims but ultimately the major target is to isolate Iran.

There is news that two more Muslim countries are ready to announce their diplomatic ties with Israel.

After Morocco setting up ties with Israel, Oman and Indonesia are also getting ready to normalize their ties with Tel Aviv. It seems that Muslim countries are vastly losing their anti-Israel rhetoric and stance. With the pace that one by one Muslim countries are setting up their ties with Israel, it’s being predicted that a handful of countries may be left behind who can use this Anti-Israeli sentimental approach in their societies.

However, in the case of Indonesia for President Joko Widodo, it would be an uphill task to tackle the hardliner Islamists and opposition to accepting Israel.
