US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in Israel, attempting to ease tensions after exacerbating the situation by providing massive weapons that resulted in the killings of over 23,000 civilians, including a large number of children and women. Currently, the US is downplaying the Gaza crisis in an effort to control the widespread disaster.
The United States (US) played a role in igniting this conflict, partnering with Israel in committing war crimes and genocides. Since the war began, the US has supplied 244 cargo US transport planes and 20 ships, delivering more than 10,000 tons of armaments and military equipment to Israel.
Now, the US seeks to curtail the damage that could ruin its interests in the Middle East.
